Shipping and Click & Collect
 
We are very thankful for each and every order we receive and every effort is made to ensure that your order is packaged to the highest standard with only quality products, which is why our orders may take 1 - 3 business days to process. Clothing orders may take longer depending on stock levels at time of purchase. Once they are processed you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped, please see estimated shipping timeframes below. We ship worldwide and prices are based on destination and weight of your order. Shipping prices for each order are calculated at checkout.

Click & Collect:

Orders can be collected free of charge in Dunhill, Waterford or in Dungarvan, Waterford. 

Dunhill Click & Collect Times:

Friday: 2pm - 4pm (Order must be placed before 12pm on Wednesday)

Dungarvan Click and Collect Times:

Wednesday: 5pm - 9pm (Order must be placed before 12pm on Monday)

Friday: 3pm - 9pm (Order must be placed before 12pm on Wednesday)

Saturday: 10am - 10pm (Order must be placed before 12pm on Thursday)

Shipping:

We use An Post (Ireland's national postal service) to ship all our orders.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping can take 1 - 3 business days, these orders are not tracked but you will be notified when the order has been shipped.

Tracked shipping can take 1-3 business days, you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.  You can track your parcel(s) here https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search

All shipping over €6.70 is automatically sent with tracking.

International Shipping

Standard shipping can take 2 - 15 business days, these orders are not tracked but you will be notified when the order has been shipped.

Tracked shipping can take 2 - 15 business days, you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.  You can track your parcel(s) here https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search until they have left Ireland, after this time you can track your parcel(s) on the website of the national postal provider of the destination country.
